We reserve the right to update our terms. We generally notify customers of any significant changes however it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are up to date with our latest terms.

“LDB”, “we”, “us”, “our” means Laposa Ltd, 58 Howard Street, Belfast, BT1 6PJ.
“Service” means any hosting or software as a service (SaaS) offered by LDB, including but not limited to Virtual Machines, Dedicated Hosts or the hosting of the Onxshop CMS.
“Customer”, “you”, “your” means you, the person or persons in whose name(s) a service is maintained by LDB.
“Technical Contact” means a person or persons nominated by the Customer with whom LDB can discuss all matters of a technical nature relating to the Service.
“Network” means the combined functionality of all routing, switching, cabling equipment and interconnect agreements supplied by LDB from Bytemark.
“Working hours” means 9.00am to 5.00pm GMT, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Invoices & Payments
We deliver invoices via email for periods of service in advance. Invoices are issued 30 days in advance of hosting expiration date and are expected to be paid before the hosting expires.
We may cut off or restrict access to services without warning in the following situations:
We will generally attempt to send warning in advance of cutting off a service but you must be aware that it is the sole responsibility of the customer to avoid these situations. We will not take any responsibility for the consequences of acting in the above situations.
You should expect to receive an emailed receipt for every payment made. If no receipt has been received within 48 hours of payment, it is strongly advised you contact us.
You warrant that you are lawfully authorised to make payment using the payment card or facility you disclose to us. In the event where you are not the named cardholder, you acknowledge that you and the named cardholder both accept these terms and are jointly and severally liable for any payment(s) due. You hereby indemnify us in the event that the cardholder or issuer declines any transaction for payment, including our costs in recovering the outstanding amount due.
If you attempt a chargeback or dispute a transaction with your bank, we reserve the right to suspend all services provided to you with immediate effect. Services will remain suspended and until such time as the chargeback has been fully reversed in our favour.
Cancellations & Refunds
Unless otherwise stated, cancellations require 7 days notice. An account credit will be granted for each whole unused month. No cash refunds will be granted unless a payment has been taken in error.
A breach of any of our terms and conditions will result in immediate termination with no refund.
This policy applies to the usage of any hosting within, or connectivity to our Virtual LAN.
Customers who breach these policies may find their services’ temporarily or permanently disconnected. We endeavour to warn customers who may have inadvertently breached the policy. Only where we suspect deliberate infringement, or where severe network abuse is involved, will the service be cut off without notice.

We may disclose any and all customer information including assigned IP numbers, account history, account use, etc... to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification to the customer.
We do not provide exact limits for bandwidth or disk space usage, however, if your website has a high volume of traffic and/or uses large amounts of disk space, we will advise on an non-standard, dedicated hosting package.
We consider the following usage limits fair:

If not specifically stated to the contrary, our services are intended to be used for the purposes of hosting websites. Email, batch processing, video encoding/transcoding, web crawling/spidering, archiving and online backup systems and any system designed to consume CPU or disk resources for purposes other than hosting a website are not permitted on our servers.
We reserve the right to enact defensive movements to maintain the stability of our systems for all clients.
If you believe your website may be susceptible to high or otherwise abnormal usage you must contact us to discuss the suitability of your hosting environment.
We take customer privacy very seriously and guarantee never to sell, disclose or pass on your information to any parties whatsoever.
Tracking
Each visitor to our website is tracked for statistical purposes only. Data such as IP address, browser version, screen resolution and internet service provider (ISP) hostname is collected. This information is used for traffic analysis and is never made available to anyone outside of our company in any way, shape or form.
Use of Cookies
Our website uses cookies to better the user’s experience while visiting and to track session information during the ordering process.
Cookies are small files saved to a user's computer that track, save and store information about their interactions with a website. This allows the website to provide the users with a tailored experience.
If you wish to deny the use and saving of cookies from a website to your computer hard drive, please take necessary steps within your web browser’s security settings to block all cookies and it’s external serving vendors.
Our website uses tracking software, provided by Google Analytics to monitor visitor engagement. Email Newsletter
We operate an email newsletter program, used to inform subscribers about products and services supplied by this website. Users can subscribe through an online automated process should they wish to do so but do so at their own discretion. Some subscriptions may be manually processed through prior written agreement with the user.
Subscriptions are taken in compliance with UK Spam Laws detailed in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003. All personal details relating to subscriptions are held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. No personal details are passed on to third parties nor shared with companies / people outside of our company. Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you may request a copy of personal information held about you by this website's email newsletter program. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to the business address at the bottom of this policy.
Email marketing campaigns published by this website or its owners may contain tracking facilities within the actual email. Subscriber activity is tracked and stored in a database for future analysis and evaluation. Such tracked activity may include but is not limited to; the opening of emails, forwarding of emails, the clicking of links within the email content, times, dates and frequency of activity. This information is used to refine future email campaigns and supply the user with more relevant content based around their activity.
In compliance with UK Spam Laws and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 subscribers are given the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time through an automated system. This process is detailed at the footer of each email campaign.

Customer Records
During the ordering process we require customers to supply details such as their name, address, email and phone number. These are for internal records only and will never be passed outside of the company. It is important that we have these details so customers can be contacted and payments verified.
Payment Information
All payments are processed using a payment processor, usually PayPal or Stripe. We do not have access to, or store any credit card information. Customers are advised to check directly with the payment processors to read and understand their privacy policies and terms:

Security
All customer information is kept in a secure database online with the necessary server protection measures in place. Records are also stored offline in physically secure conditions. We do not store credit card details in any way, shape or form.
Publicity & Marketing
We will not publish customer comments, logos or any other material without first seeking permission. This will be done in writing via email. Material submitted to hosting directories or other third party review websites will be assumed safe to use without seeking permission first.
